Nationalism

 Today we talk much about "Nationalism"? What is it in real sense? History says, "it is a state of mind in which the extreme loyality of an individual is due to nation or state.It is a desire to exalt a state and to add its prestige.It drives one into carrying their flag,culture,language and their institutions into the poor and backward region of the world and it compels the government to justify defend and champion economic venture of their nationals in the foreign land especially weaker-one."

It strives to unite the members of one nation, one political territory in a state organization.According to A. R. Desai, Nationalism came into being during the British period as a result of the action and reaction of numerous subjective and objective forces which developed within Indian society under the conditions of British rule and the impact of world forces.

Yes,that was the time when we were being tortured by the Britons,the upper class people of the society,Kings...etc.So as a reaction, the seed of nationalism started sprouting among different sections of the society.

But now the question is after 67 years of independence do we really need to arouse the feelings of NATIONALISM,patriotism in our country especially among the youth who is often referred as 'human volcano' by swami Vivekananda.The government of India is planning to install high "Tricolour Flag" in all government-aided universities to arouse the feelings of Nationalism.

This is something very disgusting!!!Shame on you guys. Cann't you feel it running through your guts when you are angry and throbbing through your veins when you are sad?Is it not pointing fingers at you when something goes wrong? Wake up boss,this is India,the land of royal kings,the motherland of heroes,the land of vedas, the land of 'unity in diversity'.This is the land where Bhagat Singh,Subash chandra Bose.. and many more shaded their blood.And this is the same land where soldiers like Hanumant Koppads are sacrificing their lives in Sia-chen for our security @ -45degree temperature.  

Some people say, this is not the right country to live in!If India is not, then no where on earth you can find a secure place to live!Let me tell those people in the voice of Max Muller,"If I were to look over the whole world to find out the country most richly endowed with all the wealth,power and beauty that nature can bestow in some parts a paradise on earth, I SHOULD POINT INDIA.If I were asked under what sky the human mind has fully developed....,the greatest problems of life has found solutions...I would again point to INDIA."

Now the time has come.Rise up,push up and boost up yourself.You can do anything and everything Boss.
